Graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Angola has extensive experience of legal work in Angola. Since 2018 he develops his activity mainly in the areas of corporate, labour, private investment, administrative and public law. Providing advice to national and international clients, he joins the team at Carrazedo & Pascoal as a lawyer since 2021.

University lecturer at the Law School of the Instituto Superior Politécnico Metropolitano de Angola - IMETRO, in the disciplines of General Theory of Civil Law and Financial Law and at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, International Relations Course at the Universidade Óscar Ribas, in the discipline of Private International Law. In 2021 he taught training in Public Procurement for the Senior Officers and Commissioners of the General Command of the National Police of Angola and training in Public Procurement for employees of Caixa Social das Forças Armadas de Angola.
